When I went to high school, only three different foreign language classes were offered:
Spanish, Sign Language and German. My school required two years of foreign language studies in order to graduate.
My best friend decided to learn german and I decided sign language.
To make a long story short after two years of required foreign language classes my reward was standing next to the choir translating into sign language for the audience and her reward was a one month trip to Germany, on the schools dime.
I should have learned German, she had more fun and she still remembers how to speak German, my sign language is very very limited.

Traveling to a different country can be tough, but not knowing the language can make the experience even tougher.
Whether it is for a family vacation or if you are planning on moving to Germany it would probably be best to know a piece of the language, just to be able to navigate your way through the cities.
german language schools are offered everywhere and anywhere, nowadays, access to German language schools can be as easy as login onto the net.
It is worth to learn the German language whether you ever visit Germany or not, for it is a unique and a beautiful language.

With living in such a diverse country, where every background of every region of the world is right in our backyards, coming accross someone who only knows German, would be very grateful in meeting a person with the same tongue.
Not too long ago, I have traveled around Europe and visited seven countries.
Of all the countries in the world, I like Germany the best. I have previously attended German courses and can converse in the language.
This definately came in handy when me and my wife got lost!

German is not always the first choice for people looking to learn a foreign language. But maybe it should be. German is spoken by more than 100 million people in 38 countries around the world. Most of the world’s German speakers are in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, but there are also significant numbers of German speakers in the United States and South America. That’s a lot of German speakers, and a lot of reasons to learn German.

The German language is known to be the Romance language which has most of the English words we use today. It doesn’t mean though, that these words mean exactly the same in the English language, there are several German words that sound and spell familiarly English but actually delivers an entirely different definition to both languages. If you are a beginner in studying the German language, make sure first of all, that you don’t use the words just because they are familiar to you. Always carry around a reliable English-German dictionary when you are practicing the language while on the go. Online dictionaries also come in handy, bookmark one of your choice.

The best solution possible is to find an audio program that can teach you the language of the Germans step by step and at your own pace. After all, if you take a class you could fall far behind and never actually learn a thing or you could be so advanced that you get bored in class and still learn nothing. But and audio program will work at your pace, at your own hours, for however long you need. Heck, you can even repeat the tapes over and over again. What community college professor can repeat things over and over continuously, not only in class, but also in your car on the drive to work and back, or in your bedroom when all you have is pajamas on getting ready for bed?

Not many at all. That is why audio programs are so wonderful. They are made by Germans for people who really, truly want to learn German fast. They will not fill your head with hundreds of useless vocabulary words, instead giving you real life situations and examples while helping your grammar and dialect. They are cheap too, in comparison to the other method to learn German fast: Moving to Germany. These things are so easy to use that both adults and children both can learn from them. So what would you rather do: pay a one-time price for an audio program that is proven to work or pay every semester for a community college that you may or may not pass? I think the choice is very easy. There are so many reason to learn german. So, why don’t you start learning it from here learn german online
